Felicia Costa began her real estate career in administration and marketing in 1996 in Healdsburg, CA. She was later promoted to Office Manager, and then again as her Broker’s Assistant. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2003 and was a top producer her first year in sales. She went on to become the General Manager of that #1 office in Healdsburg when her Broker affiliated with the high profile, high-end brand, Sotheby’s International Realty. In total she spent 14 years working there. She came back “home” to Humboldt and has been building a growing and successful real estate business here since 2012. Her background in admin and marketing, management and sales, and over 25 years of real estate experience, gives her clients a unique and comprehensive advantage in the marketplace. Felicia attained her Real Estate Broker License in November, 2021.

Mark Costa, Felicia’s husband, joined Felicia in real estate in 2019, and as a team they offer even more to their clients. Mark and Felicia are both 4th generation Humboldt County residents and St. Bernard’s alum (same class 1st-12th grade; Class of 1989).

Over the prior 15 years, Mark had worked hard to gain the respect of his peers in the Heavy Equipment Transportation/Trucking industry with his professionalism and “work until the job is done” attitude. He brought his strong work ethic and local knowledge with him into the real estate business. He has a strong ability to listen and understand the needs of others. He does what it takes to provide people with a successful and rewarding experience in achieving their real estate goals.

Together, Felicia & Mark Costa, provide a unique team experience to their clients who benefit tremendously from this model. While Felicia is the lead with sellers/listings and Mark is the lead with buyers, all of their clients get the benefit of two agents who are available to them, familiar with their transaction, and working toward their ultimate goal. Their clients literally get two agents for the price of one. They can do twice as much as most of their competitors and they do it well! They understand that guiding each client through their sale or purchase is achieved at the highest level of professional service via ongoing, effective communication, and sharing real life knowledge and experience.
